2000 AD #1-1977

For historic purposes, here is the first issue of the world famous UK trendsetting comic, 2000 AD. This issue revived the British science fiction character, Dan Dare, but is an issue shy of introducing its popular lead feature, Judge Dredd, whose still-running adventures began in issue #2.
